Have you experienced EFT causing a bout of depression then a series of cold symptoms?

Question by : Have you experienced EFT causing a bout of depression then a series of cold symptoms?
I have been using EFT on my own for the past few months using the EFT manual. I suspect it has something to do with the depression I have slipped into and the terrible cold I have had for a week. Just wanted some insight on this.
