Question by : How long does a detox diet take to show results?
k so i just started a detox diet yesterday...today sucks...i woke up with stomach cramps, and i had diarrhea.yuck.....i feel really tired and weird...i know this is your body cleaning itself out but how long does this last? and i was wondering how long it takes to see results from a detox diet? Anyone who has been through one? any tips???
my diet consists of:
green tea(no sugar, no anything, just the tea)
