If one were actually a mind control victim should he/she notify the FBI ? My local police will not help me, they have told me "I don't think there's any way I can help you", the FCC says sorry, "we're not aware of any such technology", so it's fairly obvious they're not going to believe me. That's how this bullshit happens to people like me!
