At 4:00 am today (August 22, 2012), the eye of Typhoon "IGME" was located at 320 km Northeast of Basco, Batanes (22.3°N 124.8°E) with maximum sustained winds of 140 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 170 kph. It is moving West Northwest slowly. Meanwhile, another typhoon with international name "Bolaven" was located at 1600 km East of Extreme Northern Luzon (19.1°N 139.5°E).
