How to utilize the Law of Attraction while working with those in Poverty?

Question by Brandon: How to utilize the Law of Attraction while working with those in Poverty?
I'm an avid believer in the ideas of new thought and the Law of Attraction. However, I'm also involved in social work with those in poverty. Knowing how the Law of Attraction works, how can I avoid bringing in MORE poverty which is what I'm trying to prevent. Keep in mind I will be working with those in poverty regardless. How can I make it work for instead of against me in my career?
