What do you use for agoraphobia, have you tried EFT and does it work?

Question by softbluesky2002: What do you use for agoraphobia, have you tried EFT and does it work?
I could really use some help. I'm getting worse and worse by the month and it's affecting my marriage and my kids. Any advice is truely appreciated.

Answer by jesseI don't know what EFT is but I suffer from it due to anxiety. I am getting better by setting goals like going out with friends, going to places that aren't too crowded. You have to take little steps. if you can see
