May 2009 - Adrienne and I decided to follow Gillian McKeith's 7-Day Detox Diet, a "jumpstart plan" to healthy eating detailed in her book "You Are What You Eat."
Most days started with a cup of warm water and lemon, followed by a walk and then fruit (above). Lunch and dinner included quinoa porridge, organic chicken, wild organic fish (above), and lentil stew (above). We could also have snacks,
