Escolta is the newly renovated international buffet restaurant of the Manila Peninsula Hotel. They have an open plan kitchen with live cooking stations for the grill, wok, noodles, hand rolled sushi, carvings, and artisanal ice cream. The private room has an aviation theme and named after the iconic Nielsen Tower along Makati Avenue. The buffet changes daily this was the Passport to Europe on a Saturday evening for dinner.
