Jimmy Justice - traffic enforcement agent smoking on the job

On a beautiful summer day , I decide to go for a bike ride.. I always carry a video camera with me, just in case I have to become Jimmy Justice. In New York City , it is prohibited to smoke in a bar, a public park, and all city owned property including vehicles.
