I would like to do the LA weight loss plan but can't afford it. I need to loss weight and was told this was the diet to do. But its expensive and I am a on a limited income.

Answer by olden mthere's nothing special about LA weight loss. It's simply burning off more calories than you eat in a day...all diets are based on this...even if they say they're not. And...like any smart
