Question by : My body is getting really toned but no weight loss?
So i been working out for a month or so now and i'm really like my body because it looks toned and nice. However i haven't loss any weight, and i want to loss like not allot but like 8 pounds or so. So my question is why haven't i loss weight and any ideas of how to loss only a few pounds.
