Question by Timmy T: How long will it take dieting to see results?
I am a freshman in high school and I have a 4 pack. I do ab workouts everyday and lift weights. If I move the fat away from the bottom of my stomach I can clearly see a 6 pack. Got any free dieting tips? How long will it take to pay off? I want to eat good foods obviously because Im a high school boy. Any answers will be greatly appreciated.
