Question by : What is an easy hypnosis or psychotherapy trick to help someone reduce their anxiety about a minor surgery?
Im soon to be studying more in depth in psychology and such. But my friend is really anxious scared and worried about an upcoming very minor surgery on her hand. And to get my feet wet i was wondering if there was an easy relaxation anxiety relief trick in psychotherapy or hypnosis.
