Question by pricanlibra16: is diet pills, exercise and eating like salads and fruit a bad way to lose weight?
Im starting a diet and basically i am planning on eating lots of salads and fruits. i want to take one diet pill every morning. And i was planning on doing 100 sit ups 100 push-ups and then do some running around the park in the late afternoon.And as I get used to the exercise do push my self to do more and more as my body and time progresses. is this a bad idea?
