Question by : Has anyone had NLP or hypnosis treatment for fear of heights and if so how successful was it?
I have a fear of heights and am thinking of trying NLP/hypnosis to remove it.
Many practitioners claim that the success rate for first time cure is above 90% although i have never spoken to anyone who has had this treatment.
Has anyone ever tried this treatment and did it help? if so how many sessions did you require etc.
