Question by lincypanickerqt: Does hypnosis really work in curing and improving your mind?
Well...I watched this video in youtube about how to relax, it actully worked! i almost fell asleep half way...but apparetly its not a hypnosis video
i want to hypnotize myself 4 many things
i have low will power
going thru depression i think just moved
and i seem to b getting angry pretty quickly these days
i can never focus on homework!
o ya i tend 2 b pretty shy usually
