Question by clayjoe: I need to find a "cleansing diet" program that's not really expensive to purchase? Does anyone know of one?
I can't spend more than $ 50 dollars or so, also need to find out if you can do a cleanse without buying special pills and powders? If so, what type foods should you eat? I need to drop about 15 or so pounds for an event at the end of May...I had a baby a few months back and I still feel bloated and tired because of the extra weight. I'd like to loose at least
