Question by Lynn W: How do I teach my self to keep my feelings to my self rather than blurting them out?
I need to keep my feelings to myself more. I have trouble keeping to my self . Is there anything I can do that will help.

Answer by BryanSharing your feelings to others is nice because it can be therapeutic on your side. it can provide some relief. it kinda hard if you keep your feeling on your own according to psychiatry books...
