This was found in a recipe book of my in-laws. It's a diet plan created by a Dr. C. R. Dickinson of Coffeyville, Kansas, sometime in the 1950s or 1960s. The categorization of vegetables is pretty distinctive: I haven't seen a diet that did that before, but it shouldn't be
