Everyone wants to be in his winner circle. Even Dwight. This guy even got Jo to give him her job. Is he using mind control or what?

Answer by BlasterHes using psychological tricks to play with their mind, like make them terrified of what he is thinking and always second guessing everything. That makes them work harder because they dont feel secure in their jobs
