Question by Tai: How can I lose weight without sacrificing muscle mass or strength?
Im 5ft and 8 in and weight around 145. I want to lose atleast 5-8 lbs of pure body fat. But I've heard that when you lose weight you also lose muscle mass and strength? Is this true? So how can I prevent myself from losing the mass of my muscle and strength while losing the fat.
