Question by : What are three things to do with diet to lose weight?
I'm having a very hard time sticking to a weight loss diet. I get moderate exercise and drink only water and milk- no sugar or soda. What other three things can I do that are simple for me to follow that will help me loss weight. I have a very hard time sticking to complicated or lots of dos and don'ts. Thanks
