I've tried everything to quit smoking. Can self-hypnosis help? I need good info to persue this avenue.

Answer by Josh AlfredDon't quit smoking. Just tell yourself you will stop. This will the possibility of smoking ahead of you, thus tricking your mind into thinking that you are going to smoke in the future. Even if you don't quit, you can always stop. My sister is over 30ty and she has tried
