Question by senneb: What are the pros and cons of clinical hypnosis?
I'm looking into it, by suggestion from my therapist. But I have doubts. I know it doesn't seem like the same as regular hypnosis - but anyone with first hand experience - is it unpleasant?
How important is it to "know" or have talked a great deal with the therapist who's doing the hypnosis?
