Question by : Do you have to follow a specific eating regime while doing the Jillian Michaels detox diet?
I bought Jillian Michaels' Detox diet pills and I thought there would be like instructions about what to eat for the two weeks, but there wasn't. Does anyone know if you have to eat specific foods or if you can just eat what you normally do? Thanks!
