I am 5 foot 4 and weight 120. I would like to lose some weight and keep it off. Any suggestions?

Answer by GusDang, you're out of luck. You can lose weight by excercising and eating right. There's no magic pill to do the job for you or to keep the weight off. The only way to keep it off without exercising is to eat food with absolutely no fat for the rest of your life and I don't think that'll be so fun. Just exercise,
